2. What will I experience during a session?

Sessions are calm, gentle, and non-invasive, guided by your body’s natural wisdom and needs. You may feel deeply relaxed, notice emotions gently releasing, experience physical sensations, or gain a sense of clarity or insight.

There’s no right or wrong way to experience a session. This is simply a safe, supportive space where you are held, and where whatever arises is welcomed and honoured.

3. Do I need to know exactly what I am feeling before I book?

Not at all. Many people arrive feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply knowing that something doesn’t feel quite right. Part of this work is gently uncovering what’s happening beneath the surface, through accessing information through the body and subconscious. You don’t need to have all the answers.

4. How will I feel after the session?

Many people describe feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded, or clearer. Some notice changes straight away, while for others the shifts unfold gradually over the following days as your system integrates the work.

5. How many sessions will I need?

Everyone’s journey is unique. Some people notice a shift after just one session, while others choose to continue for a period of time to gently explore and work through deeper or long-held patterns. There is no obligation, it’s always about what feels right for you and your body.

From my experience, I often recommend a series of three sessions to allow space to explore, support healing, and integrate the changes and transformations that begin to unfold. However, this is simply a guide, not a requirement.

Some people prefer weekly or fortnightly support at first, while others feel best with more time between sessions. Because everyone integrates at their own pace, we’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels supportive, comfortable, and aligned for you.

6. Who is this session for?

Kinesiology is suitable for all ages. From babies, little people, teenager and adults. Both male and female.

7. Should I still come to a session if I’m having a bad day?

Absolutely — this is actually one of the best times to come.

When we’re not feeling our best, it’s natural to want to withdraw and handle things on our own. However, when something is present and close to the surface, it can be much easier to work through and shift.

Think of it like visiting a doctor — you don’t wait until you feel better, you go when something is present and needs support.

You don’t have to sit in that heavy energy for days or weeks. A kinesiology session can help you process and release what’s coming up more quickly, so you can return to feeling calm, clear, and balanced sooner.

With over 10 years of qualified experience, I employ a diverse range of modalities to facilitate healing. These modalities include Kinesiology, Energy Healing, Reiki, Flower Essences, Sound Therapy, Root Cause Therapy, Age Regression, Inner Child Work, Somatic Therapy and Mentoring.

In addition to these techniques, I am blessed to draw on my natural intuitive gifts of being able to feel and see energy, feel physically and emotionally what you feel, see your aura and any defects in the body & hear any messages coming through for you.
